Aesthetic Medicine

Dr. Mesut Demir approaches injectable treatments with the same principle he brings to surgery: use the least intervention needed, preserve natural expression, and recommend nothing when nothing is the better answer.

Botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and selected injectable skin treatments, following individual medical assessment.

Dr. Demir's Approach

Treatment begins with
anatomy, not a product.

Treatment begins with facial anatomy, natural movement, skin quality and medical history, not with a product or a predetermined number of units.

The aim is not to erase expression or reproduce someone else's features. It is to make a measured intervention only where it can genuinely help. If a requested treatment would compromise natural movement or facial balance, Dr. Demir will recommend less, a different approach, or no treatment at all.

When botulinum toxin is appropriate, it is planned to soften selected muscular activity while preserving natural expression. Fillers are considered selectively, most often where restoring proportion or age-related volume loss can create a natural improvement.

Anatomy first

Treatment follows the individual face, not a standard template.

Expression preserved

Movement is softened only where appropriate, never erased.

No standard dosage

More product does not automatically mean a better result.

No treatment without a reason

When nothing would genuinely help, nothing is recommended.

Is This Right for You?

Less is often
the right answer.

Not every line needs to be softened, not every change in volume needs to be replaced, and not every patient benefits from treatment.

Suitability depends on facial anatomy, natural movement, skin quality, medical history and what the patient hopes to achieve. When the likely benefit is limited, the request would compromise facial balance, or the most natural result is no intervention at all, Dr. Demir will advise against treatment.

A consultation does not need to end with a procedure to be worthwhile.

This page explains Dr. Demir's clinical perspective and does not replace an individual medical assessment. Suitability, response, side effects and duration vary; no specific outcome can be guaranteed. The Pure Line Clinic team confirms treatment availability and location individually.

The First Step

The first step is deciding whether anything should be done at all.

It is understanding what, if anything, would improve facial balance without changing the character of the face. Final recommendations are made after assessing facial movement, skin quality, anatomy and medical history.
