You are too young for a final plan
Hair loss can still be progressing. Operating too early risks a hairline that looks wrong once the rest of the pattern catches up.
Your donor supply will not support the goal
Some expectations require more grafts than a donor area can safely give. Dr. Demir will say what is realistic before, not after.
Medication may be enough, for now
Early thinning often responds to non-surgical treatment. Surgery can wait until it is actually needed.
Something else should be addressed first
Scalp health, medication interactions or unrelated conditions sometimes need attention before any procedure is considered.

The First Step
The first step is not
booking surgery.
It is a conversation with Dr. Demir about whether treatment is the right call for you at all. In person or over video, he will review your case and explain what may be realistic, and what may not be. An online review is preliminary; final suitability and planning require an appropriate medical history and examination.
