Who is responsible for your data

Pure Group Sağlık Turizmi Ticaret LTD ŞTİ, based in Istanbul, Türkiye, is the data controller for information submitted through this site. The consultation form is received through the Pure Line Clinic patient-relations mailbox. You can reach the data controller at info@purelinetravelagency.com for any question about your data.

What we collect

The consultation form asks for your name, phone number, email address and a message. The message field is free text, so it may include health-related details you choose to share, such as your hair loss pattern or previous treatments. Under KVKK, health information is treated as a special category of personal data and given extra protection. When you select “Send consultation request”, these entries are submitted to this website's form endpoint and delivered to Pure Line Clinic's business email address. For basic abuse prevention, the server uses a one-way hash of the connection address to enforce a short rate limit; the raw address is not included in the consultation email.

Why we collect it

The clinic uses the submitted details solely to understand and respond to your enquiry, contact you back, and arrange a consultation if you decide to go ahead. We do not use consultation details for unrelated advertising, and we do not sell them.

Legal basis

This notice is presented separately from the consent request. Before the form can be submitted, you are asked for explicit consent to process any health information you choose to include in the free-text message, in line with Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698. You remain free not to submit the form and may instead contact the clinic by telephone. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.

How your message travels

When you submit the form, your browser sends the entries over the site's HTTPS connection to a same-origin server endpoint. The endpoint validates the request and creates an email addressed to info@purelineclinic.com. The website does not keep a separate consultation database, although the message may remain temporarily in server mail queues and in the clinic's business mailbox as part of normal email delivery.

The country calling code is suggested automatically from your device's time zone or browser region setting, and you can change it manually. This website does not use an IP-based country or location lookup for the form.

Third-party services and transfers

The website's hosting provider and Google's email infrastructure process the form message as needed for transmission and delivery to the clinic's business mailbox. Depending on their infrastructure and service arrangements, technical or message data may be processed outside Türkiye. If you contact the clinic separately through WhatsApp or your own email provider, those providers' privacy terms also apply. You may contact the clinic by telephone instead.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising trackers or its own marketing cookies. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before those technologies are enabled.

How long we keep it

Enquiry messages are kept only for as long as needed to answer and manage the enquiry, and then handled under the controller's documented retention and deletion process. If an enquiry becomes part of a patient relationship, applicable medical-record and legal retention obligations may require a longer period.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you can ask whether we hold data about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how it is used, and raise a complaint with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority. Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. The version in place at the time you submit the form is the one that applies.
